CARE GUIDE

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR NATURAL STONE FURNITURE

Natural stones are robust and sturdy materials, but they still require proper care and maintenance to keep their beauty.
Below is a list of how you should take care of your RENA ATELIER furniture to prolong its beautiful appearance:

Travertine

  • If you spill anything on your travertine furniture, clean it immediately with a soft cloth as travertine surfaces are prone to stains from liquids.
  • When cleaning your travertine furniture, use pH-neutral cleaners specifically formulated for travertine surfaces. Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners that can damage your travertine furniture.
  • Make sure to dust your travertine furniture regularly as travertine is a porous material that may accumulate dust in its orifices.
  • Be careful with sharp and abrasive objects which can scratch or mark the travertine surface.
  • Do not expose your travertine furniture to direct or prolonged heat as this can cause damage or discoloration to your travertine furniture.

Marble

  • If you spill anything on your marble furniture, clean it immediately with a soft cloth as marble surfaces are prone to stains from liquids.
  • When cleaning your marble furniture, use pH-neutral cleaners specifically formulated for marble surfaces. Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners that can damage your marble furniture.
  • Make sure to dust your marble furniture regularly as marble is a porous material that has a tendency to absorb liquids relatively quickly.
  • Be careful with sharp and abrasive objects which can scratch or mark the marble surface.
  • Do not expose your marble furniture to direct or prolonged heat as this can cause damage or discoloration to your marble furniture.

By following these care guidelines, you can maintain the appearance and durability of your RENA ATELIER furnitures for years to come.
